She was young, in her late teens, perhaps, and pale as the moon. Her hair was as black as the wings of a majestic raven, and her clothes were strange, foreign. She was definitely not from the capital city, because not only were her clothes exotic, she had the calloused hands of a farmhand about her.
What struck me as odd was that a farmer was being kept in the highest security prison in the country, and a woman, no less. What danger could she possibly pose, that scrawny form
